A Few Pictures of Elliott

Here are a few of my favorite photos of Elliott over the last couple years. (All from my phone camera, so not super high quality).
He didn't really like to pose for pictures, so I have a lot more with him not looking than when he was, but they all have memories behind them, and a lot of them represent things Elliott enjoyed doing or was good at.

Instead of buying the latest model, he always bought older (and obviously less expensive) cars, but always knew (or figured out) how to fix them, saving himself the money of having to take them to a mechanic, and learning more skills he could use in his own business, fixing vehicles for others.

I've always liked this one. I love the western look.

The first picture I took of father and son after Gideon was born.

Almost exactly a year ago, a little canoe trip we took down Oak Orchard River, right near our house.

At the county fair. I love this picture. I think this is one of the first times I saw Gideon hold onto Elliott's shirt like that.

Elliott was a good cook. He liked to grill, but he also had a couple specialty meals he made for me, and he helped me with canning several times.

I may add a couple more sets of some of my next-favorites, or some based around more specific subject or occasion.
Elliott had suggested a couple times while we were married that I could post on his blog. I kind of wanted to, but didn't really know what to write about. I may start posting some other things on here in the future.
